live for the first time from sterling college...

hey everyone! since i haven't written in a while, i figured i'd better write a quick post before taking a nap (and recovering from a whole Saturday afternoon of orientation!). college life is really fun, but a part of me will always miss my Topeka life. our classes haven't started yet, so i'd say i'm doing fairly well in the academic area so far. lol.
my roommates are absolutely wonderful, and our room is super cute... we have a guest bed and a futon, so we can fit three if you wanna come visit! and you won't even have to sleep on the floor. i miss people already. it's hard kinda, since i'm not at like k-state where a lot of my friends are.
this guy alex remembered my name from coming to sing at school and that was really exciting, cause he's a music and theater guy and he's really sweet! and i know most of the girls from my wing... my RA's super-sweet!
anyways, i'm really tired, so ima go take a nap...
